Free Homeschool Kindergarten Curriculum

For some homeschoolers Kindergarten is optional, or not really considered necessary. If you do choose homeschool kindergarten then it is a good idea to keep the lessons short and simple. Learning to read is a great way for a young learner to ease into homeschool. And it is great preparation for the first grade.

McGuffey's Eclectic Primer - How to use the primer

The Primer is only 70 pages long. So, you and your student have plenty of time to go through the book slowly. That way your student has time master each lesson before moving on. It is also a short enough book to print out. And your child will probably enjoy having a "real" book that is on paper instead of on an E-reader.
